It has been 3 months since my ablation and I feel great. I have not had an episode for that long. Today though, my heart fluttered like it was about to go into AFIB. I sat up straight like my body has been trained to. It didn’t go into AFIB, but it scared me for a bit. I hope I never go into AFIB again!

Natural reaction when you "catch" yourself having that feelign again. Symptoms liek that are normal for the few months post ablation and can just be things settling!
The feeling of dread can be there a lot longer though worrying about it flipping out fully again.
