Felodopine

Is anyone on Felodopine (2.5mg) this and bisoprolol (10mg)? I'm on both and ramipril (10mg)@ I feel ill, lethargic, dizzy, sick and had a pounding headache every day since taking these meds. My HR is now low but BP fluctuations. Anyone got any advice?

I am on 2.5 Felodopine, 5mg Bisoprolol and 10 mg Ramipril but no issues although occasionally the Bisoprolol causes a problem.

Felodopine and Ramipril can be the drugs of choice for some medical practitioners for blood pressure.

Bisoprolol can be prescribed for blood pressure but to the best of my knowledge its main objective is to control heart rate and keep it low and at a constant level. Bisoprolol itself can cause your symptoms in some people. About 2 or 3 times a year my heart rate falls down as low as 46 bpm. Then I feel crap and go ice cold, usually go to bed for 4 or 5 hours and sleep it off. Then back to normal.

Hi John

I have been on warfarin and Ramipril and nothing else for a while now. Some of the common side effects of Ramipril include headaches, dizziness and drops in blood pressure causing fainting.

I will be seeing my cardiologist in June as I have had a couple of fainting event and I think that this drug may be the cause of them. I have recently had an echocardiogram and I want to get a clear analysis of what is going as I fear that otherwise my driving licence and travel insurance will be at risk.
