Extra warfarin taken accidental

Taking a little extra warfarin accidentally is not to much to worry about it is slow acting just don’t keep doing it if your concerned always check with your gp.

Be careful I would take less next doze

I use my own monitor which is Helpfull

You sign a contract with your Hospital

and you can take your own to see where

You are.

INR @ 2.5 is Good

Put your daily dose in a week marked pill box. Keep it in a place where you are bound to see it every day eg kitchen work top! Top it up before you empty it completely.
