I definitely don’t get enough potassium in my food and hate bananas, they bung me up lol 😂 but one glass of this is working better than anything else I have tried and as you no jean I drink a lot of water and have cut out the sugar 👍🏼❤️

Am off to Sainsbury later, will look to see if they have some there.

Better with this one from Asda cally as it’s low in sugar and sodium. Some are loaded with sugar I done my research and Asda was the only one that is good 👍🏼 you don’t need to drink it like water, only one little glass every morning as it has a lot of potassium in it , if you read the side on the carton it tells you recommended 100ml a day ❤️

Thanks Sam. Asda miles away from where I live though! I did watch the video, so if Sainsbury one doesn't come up to scratch I won't buy it. I have a Waitrose and co-op close, do you know if they sell it?

Yes they do , just try and get the low sugar and low sodium one , read the carton and it should say on it hun , there’s a lot of them out there that are full of sugar and that will make things worse x

Found an Innocent one in Waitrose which I will try, no additives at all. I only bought a small carton as I notice it has to be consumed within two days. If I get on with it I may take a trip up to Asda to get some more. Thanks

By me john , wasn’t getting into any bother over how much you drink daily as it’s common sense that you look at the package, and I don’t think people read the posts properly so I took them down .

Sam72- profile image

That’s why I have left the video up instead as it says exactly how to go about it , what type is best and how much to drink and so on 😁

Also I have been on here a few years and learned the hard way about arguing about things and it’s not worth getting my blood pressure up over so the way I handle it is to take the post down as the notifications then stop and I am not tempted to get into any bother 👍🏼

It says 250 ml on my packaging Sam. Had my first glass this morning as completely forgot about it yesterday! Not the best taste but definitely drinkable. I'll take it for a couple of weeks and see how I get on.👍

Just drinking my morning glass as I'm reading this Sam. I'm still not over keen on the taste but it is drinkable. I'll plug away though!

I don’t like it lol 😂 tastes like the taste of banana but without the banana taste if you no what I mean 🤷🏼‍♀️😂👍🏼

It tastes better than beetroot juice - that's very "earthy" tasting.

I really don't think that I could drink beetroot juice! Urgh!

it's alright mixed with apple juice - and thats 2 towards your 5 a day :) also apple is supposed to be better than Statins. How do people fit all these "good for ...." things in with the meds?
