For many years I would regularly throughout the day have these very short slight feeling of lightheadedness, ( a breath in duration) which I resolved by forcing a burb. I always put it down to indigestion, I was diagnosed 20 odd years ago with ventricular ectopic heartbeat but never had any medication as never had any external symptoms, they would only show up on an ECG. Recently ,due to age (71) I’m now on daily 1.25 Bisoprolol as a recommendation by the cardiologist, and now, these small incidents of dizziness/ burb seem to have disappeared. Just interested in any comments please Thanks

I'm glad to hear that Bisoprolol appears to have cured your periods of feeling lightheaded
.
I used to occasionally get a feeling like a darkness descending over me and things in the room would become hazy . I would feel like I was going to pass out, but just on the point of doing so I would come back to normality. Not had it for a long time now, but did wonder what the cause was at the time. Have heard other people say that they've had the same or a similar thing. Is this a little like the episodes you experienced?
