Kardia artifact

Hello I am new with the Kardia and I keep getting what I am told is an artifact. I happens randomly, in different spots, different rooms, with my phone in airplane mode. I have tried mimicking it by moving and using the kardia next to something that might cause interference and nothing quite looks the same. The heart rate goes up too. The closest thing I can get to forcing the artifact is wiggling my fingers but when I do that it always loses connection, when the artifact shows up it never loses connection. Should I return/exchange it? Has anyone else had this happen frequently. I don't have a tremor but that seemed to be the closest thing that I could force that would make similar waves.

It is interference . Could be noise or electrical. Never use near a computer, TV or similar. Always use santiser on your hands and fingers for better contact I was told.

My kardia never worked in my mother's flat in sheltered housing, no matter where I went, there was far too much interference. Have you tried outdoors?
