Hello. Anyone in the Buckingham, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury area? It would be good to get together for a lunch to get to know each other and compare notes!

Not me I'm afraid - I don't know why you haven't had replies yet as meetings are a great idea and a valuable source of information to us AFibbers. Best of luck!

Hi sorry I'm in Devon. If you don't get many replies might be an idea to repost but add the location in the topic heading. I don't always open every post but would be more likely to if I thought it was something local.

cheers

Amanda

I’m near Milton Keynes but am not very active on the forum as I was successfully ablated four and a half years ago and just stay in touch.

Hi. I am good at the moment. So long as I keep the stress levels down! I take medication when I get an episode. How are you?

I had myocarditis in january, apparently quite a rare condition of heart inflammation. Three weeks ago rushed in with suspected heart attack but it was diagnosed as AF which I hadn't experienced before. On apixiban and waiting for heart MRI which has been cancelled for the present. I'm not surprised with the current virus about. Hospitals have to prioritise. You say you take meds when you have an episode? Yes I find it happens when I'm stressed. Stay safe and take care
