Verapamil,Lisinopril and Flecainide

Just had a visit to the Cardiologist yesterday and has changed me from Bisoprolol to Verapamil.

I also take lisinopril so could be doubling up on the BP meds, although the Verapamil is to try and control the PAF.

Anyone else take this combo.

Also, is it safe to take Flecainide with Verapamil, as it has a contraindication in the product leaflet?

I have taken both for years together with no problem. The cardiologist told me if I was taking flecainide I should be taking verapamil as well

The only problem I had was that Verapamil made by bowels stop working. Some people just have constipation with it.

Saw the Pharmacist yesterday, and no problem with Lisinopril and Verapamil, but with the Flecainide this can cause bradycardia so will have to see the GP.
