One tends to keep an eye on posts about one's anticoagulant and in almost four years I don't recall these being mentioned as side effects of Xarelto/Rivaroxaban. Some people don't get on with Xarelto and this can sometimes be because they don't take it with a meal.
Cold feet are often associated with betablockers.
This is the third type of anticoagulant I’ve been prescribed and the only one I can tolerate well, but, I’ve had cold feet with all of them!
My feet tingle all the time and often feel they are on fire although cold to the touch. I take B12. vitamin to help with this. See Thyroid assoc post on HU, very common.

For peripheral neuropathy I found that R-Alpha Lipoic Acid ( R-ALA) stops all the tingly hot spot feelings. It works by getting the blood to travel to these inflamed areas.
The first time I took 150mg it worked 100% , the suggested dosage is 300mg thrice daily with food.
R-Lipoic Acid is recommended over Lipoic Acid as its more bio available.
