I have a question to ask, last night was sitting on couch watching tv and got up made some tea , I felt warm like heat turned up to high, I then broke out sweating ended up forehead soaked hair wet, nightgown damp had to go change lasted about 20 before I fell like I was cooling down ,I had no other symptoms , I checked heart rate to see if I bask back in AFib, pulse was normal, strong ,reg, blood pressure normal , I had not eaten for several hours as I have had the sweatingv the odd time when carbs were to high so wired, I wondered if anyone else has experienced this.
My other question is dice I was cardioverted I get the odd feeling like my heart has jumped in chest or it burped or fluttered and goes away right away , just not sure why it does that I mentioned to GP but she just said I expect that but never said more not sure whether that’s jus palpitations or ectopics Dow’s not last long just noticeable
Thank you and have a blessed and joyful day or a restful ite

Thanks Bob, you always wonder if your to be concerned or not lol only been at this since middle of sept and only converted since Jan 21. I am enjoying life and all but every so often you get a change and wonder if it should be a concern or not. I know it does not help when doctor says if persists or any change come in . I myself hate running to doctor have a lot better things to do than go to hosp and hate pills so this is all just a blip on my screen so I dom’t Ignore something I should have paid attention to. Thank you and your right about us Afibers, I think all a learning curve
Per your hot/sweating event. I had similar events of intense heat and sweating followed by the chills. They would build pretty suddenly, then hang on for a bit, then I would start to cool down and have the chills (probably because I was now kinda soaked in sweat). Turned out that I was having hot flashes. GP confirmed that I was entering menopause. It was not AF related at all. Not sure if that could be happening to you myrnalynn52.
Thank you but walready went through all that for quite a few years , but kinda same thing except I do not get chilled , kinda what it feels like though. Maybe Afib or cardioversion put me in a second menopause. I hated it the first time around lol
Thank you though I had not even thought of it. Have a great night or beautiful day depending where you are .
