Hi Mysti and welcome to the forum.
It could have been an ablation you had, but not necessarily. It could also have been an angiogram - where they look to see if there are any blockages in the heart. If they found any they would then have inserted a stent to cure the problem.
If you can tell us a little more about your symptoms, we may have a better understanding of what the procedure you had was.

Hello Mysti, I see you have been a member of the forum for around 18 months so although you have not been very active, you probably have seen quite a few posts in that time. Whenever anyone has a procedure they will have had consultations with a specialist first then a member of their team a week or so before it’s done. Are you able to recall this happening to you and do possess any correspondence from the hospital as this should explain what has happened to you. Failing this, you should speak to your GP who should have a record of your medical history.
