God Bless the Daily Mail. Always up there with the latest medical news (and magic wands! Lol)

Sorry, I’m not as cynical as I sound. Sounds promising. The advances they are making nowadays are amazing. Look forward to seeing full trial results.

This one has caught the imagination of the group as about six have posted the link.

If I mention something new to my GP he usually comments that it sounds like a Daily Mail story. The practice nurse always has to buy the Mail on a Tuesday for its Health Section as she says it cause an influx of little old ladies clutching it !!

Lol my cardiologist who’s an EP says whenever the Daily Mail ask him for a quote, they nearly always get it wrong. Bless

I well believe that. I was once phoned by a trade journal about an industrial dispute at a company I worked for and my comments were nothing like in their article.

I was once stopped in the street in 2000 by a radio reporter who asked me a question about the Olympic Games. I went into a long tirade about them no longer being amateurs but full time professionals getting millions thrown at their sports and that there had only been one real Olympian (Boxing Gold Medallist Audley Harrison) who had given up a lot to win his Gold without State help.

The reporter said it was the best interview he’d had all day but he had forgotten to turn his microphone on. I did it again but lost some spontaneity.
