Disappointing. Ectopics for me are not about being anxious or paying attention to them. Yes, they are damned uncomfortable, but it's the shortness of breath that makes them difficult for me.

I thought I had lots of snakes in my garden here in Spain, but they turned out to be very large slow worms haha :o) They are quite beautiful but my mother is so nervous that they are snakes that she tucks her trousers into her socks! So I lift them gently on a rake and move them elsewhere. It's lucky she doesn't get AF. I told her that she should stare at one, and if it winks at her it's a slow worm... snakes can't blink or wink hehe :o)
