I’m a 65-year-old male that has had three ablations none of them worked and a still have a fib. So the doctor put me on Tykosun and I’ve been feeling great for the last five months with no issues and no side effects or heart rate.

However yesterday I took a nice one hour walk with my wife and my heart rate went up to 150 and did not go down for two hours.

This is the first time this is happened to me and they got worried so I called my doctor. He asked me how I felt and I said I found fine it was my I watch that tipped me off that I was having issues. He did not seem that concerned so he told me to an extra metoprolol 50 and thankfully it went down. 65

My only concern is is this going to happen to me every time I exercise?

I guess that you are in North Ameica as that drug is not used here in UK or Europe so we have little experience.
