Is it possible to have Atrial Flutter for a few seconds or beats?

Had an ablation for Atrial Fibrillation recently around 3 months ago when i would get AF that would last for more than a day. It's fixed that now but still getting irregular beats daily. Usually last for seconds or can feel an extra beat although one time it lasted 4 hours. My heart rate felt different to Atrial Fibrillation, felt like it was pounding and much more regular, and measured it to be around 150bmp. I suspect it is Atrial Flutter but not sure. Feels like i have extra beats that are quite regular but would normally go away after a few seconds. Could this be because of Atrial Flutter?

Thank you!

I think the answer is yes. Atrial flutter and atrial tachycardia are not unusual after ablation. But at 3 months the heart is still healing and there is a good chance this will settle down.

Atrial tachycardia is quite common post ablation and easily checked with an ECG. That saId it is still early days ibn your receovery and this and also ectopic beats ( the strange thumps you may feel ) are very common and may well fade over the next three months.
