Is everyone aware of this Dr's interesting posts on YouTube (just search for his name online to find). He takes a different view on what is right for our bodies and tells us about them in an interesting and fun way.

Look at this one for a start:

Thanks for this. Hadn't heard of this guy before, but was very interested to listen to what he had to say about high blood pressure especially since I am aware that UK guidelines on this also seem to change pretty regularly.

I'm glad you found it interesting. Dr John Bergman has quite a few talks posted on YouYube which appear to make sense. His outlook is more believable than that of other health experts. Jean

I watched a lengthy piece of his on you tube about vagal nerve. It was fascinating and made a lot of sense.

His manner borders on being a little arrogant at times, but I think his YouTube posts are thought provoking and convincing.

Sadly my gp knows me too well and knows I have my own opinions lol. I trains as a nurse in the late 70's. He also supported me through a very bad time when my marriage ended so he's seen me at my worst 😱

Thanks for this tip Jeanjeannie50.

I shall check other videos out from him.

Hope he got some advice about heart attack and recovery after. Secondly dont believe I should be on my meds life long.
