Info on Pulse Rates

Hi --- one US health newsletter I get had a good article on pulse rates today. I wanted to share it with you all. I had 4 cardiac arrests in the Emergency in June, and had a pacemaker put in. My rate is now between 55-65 resting, and goes up to like 80 when I just walk from one room to another, but returns to my normal within 2-3 minutes.. On my followup, I was told that my pacemaker is assisting my heart 28% of the time -- which is high. But I feel fine, and do not have any breathing problems or fainting, etc. I am comforted knowing that the pacemaker is there! Here's the article -- universityhealthnews.com/da... --- you can subscribe to this newsletter if you wish, it gives capsule info from leading universities and health centers.
