How interesting!

I shall definitely keep on taking the Pradaxa.

We have been saying for many years that the suspicion (and nobody can prove otherwise) is that micro embolii may occur which interfere with tiny areas of the brain and over time this develops into lost cognitive ability. These are not enough to register as TIA or full stroke but yet another reason not to discontinue anticogaulation even after successful ablation. This is just another brick in the wall.

Thanks CD, very interesting but I felt for BobD, it must have been hell reading “blood thinners” so many times.....😉

Hi CD :-) I have read previous articles about this all of which add weight to the decision that taking an anticoagulant is a wise decision to take.
