i am 3 weeks friday post ablation for svt im not sure how im supose to feel very little energy

if you do a search in the top right hand corner you will see that it takes way longer to feel better than the "professionals" tell you.

It was 3 months before I got my energy back. your heart has taken a battering, give it time, listen to what your body is telling you.

This was written as result of input from quite a few people who have had an ablation and as you'll see what you are feeling now is not at all unusual. Try to be patient and give yourself time to recover.
