'Arrythmia' is a general term for any heart beat which is not 'normal' steady sinus rhythm so it can describe eg, tachycardia (fast), bradycardia (slow) or indeed atrial fibrillation (AF) where the heart beats irregularly.

In short, AF is a type of arrhythmia.
