As some of you know I have been involved with setting up a voluntary social enterprise to educate on Lifestyle called Living Well Devon. We organise talks and you can find out more about what we do and who we are here.

If there are any people in East Devon - our next talk will be all about Fermented Foods by Tiffany who demonstrates at River Cottage,

The focus will be mainly on Kefir - what it is, why is good for you, how to make both dairy and water kefir safely at home etc. Samples will be available so if you’ve heard the hype but want to know what it’s all about - come join us!

Details livingwelldevon.co.uk/event...

or PM me.

Living Well Devon follows the principles of Lifestyle (Functional, Integrated, Progressive - whichever term you would like to use) Medicine which are Nutrition, Movement & Exercise, Sleep and Stress management.

Best wishes CD.
