Blood Pressure

Thank you everyone who replied to my post yesterday regarding my blood pressure.

At the risk of being obsessed by yet another bodily malfunction, I took the advice I was given and bought an Omron blood pressure monitor this morning.

This morning I upped my Ramipril dose as instructed by my doctor on Thursday. Using my new toy which I found very easy to use, I took my blood pressure early this afternoon and it was down to 128/85.

I forced myself to go for a brisk walk this afternoon and now feel a lot better. I just hope it lasts.

Well that is good news, you are doing extremely well and meds appear to be doing the trick. A walk will have blown the cobwebs off and relaxed you. Keep up the good work and best wishes for a well controlled BP.
