Switching between communities

I am in the AF community and also in the polymyalgia community. Can I switch between these areas with out logging out please?

I just go to the top of the page and click on My hub and scroll to community I want to view, only two on mine.

Easily - just hit the Home 🏠 logo at the top of the page and drop down list will show and then you just choose your forum.
