Jitters
Hi Vonnie if you are not at work today I would try to put it out of your mind for now and enjoy this day .
How about a good walk followed by a soak in some bubbles .....
Vonnieruth,
Make sure someone there knows how you are feeling. Try to do some slow but deep breaths. Do you have a Kardia unit? Can you check on your rhythm? Slowly drink some cold water if you can. Are you sweating?
If you dont feel better in 20 -30 minutes, will you be able to go home for the day? 2 shifts may be too much too soon.
Feel better soon.
Hi Vonnie how you feeling now ?? Just take your time put your feet up have a cuppa 😄😄

It has been cold today and we’ve had rain too !! I’ve been to a craft fair today which was nice !!
Going back to work into a crowded busy place is a big change for you Vonnie. I reckon it might take a little while for your body and mind to adapt. You're doing so well but I reckon it's going to take time to get right back into the swing of things. Be patient, and be kind to yourself and enjoy your days off - you deserve that 😊
Thanks Hilly I have tomorrow off then back in for three shifts of five hours
You got all worked up over starting again, it went ok, now you are having a comedown 😓 Family rows don't help! 💕
Hope you’re feeling better today. I’m going back for my first day today so fully understand the nerves and emotional stress, I think it’s to be expected. Xs
Baby steps Vonnie. Don't rush it. Following my op on 30th June I marked milestones such as washing and blow drying hair by myself and yesterday I went shopping for some woollies by myself! It was scary but I was ready to do it. Please don't set yourself back by being too gun ho
Hi Vonnie, I hope you’re feeling better today. I work in a noisy, busy, crowded airport and as you know had my first day back on Saturday, after which I had AF! I completely understand how you feel. I’m back to work again tomorrow and am feeling anxious about it but I’m determined to get there. Try to relax and not do too much today if you can. We’ll compare notes in a couple of days! Good luck
Maybe it was the pattern change that brought on the jittery feeling? Like eating at different times and getting up earlier? You've probably altered your timetable completely since going back to work. X
