I had heart ablation 3 days ago, I'm feeling fluish and out of breath at times is this normal and if so when does it go away. My heart feels like it is on fire. Angry because the Dr didn't explain all these symptoms before ablation and all I would be feeling during healing process.

Heart ablation recovery, what to expect.
Go to AF Association website and under patient information you will find "fact sheets" click on that and scroll down to Recovering From Ablation where you will find everything you need to know. Everything is normal including not being told what to expect I'm afraid.
The cardiac ablation is a serious procedure just because you don't have a open heart surgery wound doesn't mean you haven't had a serious surgery you're going to feel awful for several months you'll have good days and bad days but over the next 6 to 9 months youll heal it's totally normal
Please don't put up with the worry as to whether the way you feel is right or wrong. Seek medical advice. Call the 111 NHS advisory service. Or if you feel you can wait until tomorrow, your GP. Your heart has been tampered with, one of the most important of our organs. If you suspect things may not be right then get checked. Jean
Sounds similar to what I experienced, if a little more severe. I took paracetamol which sorted out the symptoms well, and in around a week or so was much better. My breathlessness gradually improved, and within a few weeks was able to do 2-3 hour walks, just being slightly more breathless than normal. After 3-4 months I was back to long walks and cycling in the hills.
I’m 2 weeks post ablation and I don’t feel right. Ended up in local hospital for 5 days with ?? chest infection. I’m trying to work ( self employed). Sitting in the GP waiting for an appointment now.
