Back on beater blockers 🙄

Well I tryed it and ended up on 1.25 instead of 2.5 , I just could not get the hang of feeling my heart beating from 40s to 50s to 70s again. Wow boy am I sensitive, it felt soooo fast and panicked me a bit to be honest, but good news is my heart is now in the high 50s and 60s and less palpitations 👍🏼 so will stick with this for now . Also just got my letter from my echo scan and my left atrium was servilely enlarged before my procedure last August it was 110 ml and now is 68ml , classed as moderately enlarged, however if it was 67ml it would be mildly enlarged, so I will continue to hope with diet I can try and see if this can reduce again in size 🤞🏼🤞🏼😬

Not a race to get off the last dose of blockers and will stick with it now I think it’s like fine turning a car as you have to get the balance right . 👍🏼
