Morning Sam, your heart rate is bound to go up because the beta blocker you were taking, even though a low dose, was supressing it. Lets hope it goes to a nice 60-70 and stays there.

Do your best not to keep checking it, or your anxiety may well take it up.

Thanks jean , I am with my EP next week but as you no I feel everything 🙄 jumps bumps thumps , I have my blood pressure monitor here to so done it this morning and will check again this afternoon then tonight just to be safe 👍🏼 if things happen I will go to ANE as the low heart rate is given me more problems as before when it happened. Hope your well ❤️ and I will keep you updated with this xx
