Hi I think I spoke to soon about feeling good. I went to visit Osborne House Isle of Wight climbed stairs steep had a problem out of breath thumping heart since then having episodes. weight loss still going well but just a bit scared again. I have so much to look forward to being a nana for the first time. Am I panicking x
