Everyone should really take the time to look at these videos.

Heart arrhythmias are mentioned. Unfortunately, most of you will have a hard time realizing that your present medical advice is likely deficient and harmful to your health; but for those who have an open mind, you may find the beginnings of the answer that you have been seeking.

I have spent a year and one half getting chiropractic adjustments by three different chiropractors and the positive results related to my AF are what I hoped would happen but like most of you had serious doubts because I thought the mainstream medical advice on this subject was legit. I am sure glad I am a contrarian and persevered.

If you do decide to try chiropractic solutions, the video below will guide you in your selection process to find a qualified chiropractor.

I wish I knew this stuff five years ago.

Ive watched his videos before and I too believe he is correct in his approach. As a retired nurse, I know the body wants to fix itself and if we can help it out, why not?

I see a chiro about once a month and it is certainly a useful therapy and a part of the jigsaw of disease - but for me only a part.

What was also helpful was Pilates - for strong core, Yoga - flexibility and stretching - all helpful for spinal health.

Personally - I think the way forward is Functional Medicine which looks at cause from every angle

But I would never have gotten into this stuff without starting from Chiropractic’s and what and how it works, I have met some truly inspirational Chiropractioners in several countries and each has taught me something different, all useful.

Best wishes

Thanks again Engmac for sharing so much useful stuff, I look forward to watching the videos.

A reflection if I may, it becomes almost spooky how you progress from medics and Alternative Practitioners steering to taking charge of the treatment(s) re dosage levels, exercise & other yourself. After 4+ years with AF and learning a huge amount here and elsewhere, I find I am taking the decisions and looking for endorsement from the professionals rather than them taking the decisions and looking for my agreement.

Thank you. Thought provoking.

CDreamer, functional medicine looks interesting. More time and effort are expended versus the more main stream, compartmentalized quick diagnosis approach that is more commonly applied.

This is fine if there is good clinical trial evidence backing it up, as for normal clinical medicine. Otherwise I would not touch it with a barge pole.
