Coffee screws my heart rhythm, goes to show how different we are when it comes to AF

Caffeinated coffee does the same to me too, 1 cup can put me in AF in no time at all, and if I eat nuts, I can’t sleep, so no hope for me then!

If I have more than 2 cups of coffee in a day I get tachycardia at the very least
