Functional Medicine - a talk in East Devon

Morning people, hope the sun is shining somewhere - because it isn’t here in East Devon.

There will be a talk given by one of our local GPs who is qualified in Functional Medicine in Budleigh Salterton, East Devon in May. Not AF specific but may be of interest to those who are interested in a wholistic approach.

For those who don’t know what Functional Medicine means - think Dr Chatterjee and Doctor in the House. It’s about looking at causes of disease in the areas of Nutrition, Sleep, Relaxation and Exercise.

If anyone is interested - please PM me and I will send you details. Places are limited and you will need to book.

Have a good week-end folks.

If it’s any consolation, we have just seen the UK weather forecast and it looks like your weather is going to be much better than here in the Algarve....🌂💨⛈☔️.....hope the meeting goes well...

If it was a bit closer (I'm in East Hampshire) I would certainly be there, to have a GP who is qualified in FM would be excellent. Enjoy the talk.

It’s a really good talk - this is the second time we have run it - the first time was the day of snow which put a lot of people off but we still got 20+ people turn up! They came to FM through personal experience so is quite passionate about it!
