Ah This browser works.
Having had a myocardial scan and no clear evidence of any significant defects and good LV function. That is the good news.
Then on Saturday I didn’t feel well again, the chair felt as if it was collapsing and then the room stared to spin around. I actually though this may be the end as I had never had anything like this before. I managed to get to bed and lie down. Things slowly improved thank goodness. I of cause put it down to a heart problem and AF
Come Monday I managed to get to see a doctor at the drop in clinic. Low and behold I had had a vertigo attack. Never even thought of that. That is the problem with AF you immediately think any problem you get is related to it.
This actually explains a lot. When I used to get up from a chair I sometimes felt a little dizzy and always put it down to AF and possible low blood pressure.
I must admit I now feel a lot less concerned about my AF and can now explain away many of the symptoms I thought were associated with it
Don’t get me wrong. I have AF and will treat it with respect taking anticoagulants etc to minimise its effects but the fear that everything I have is AF related has gone
