Search Ectopics top right and you will find all you need.
PACs and PVCs are ectopic beats. It is fairly common for people experiencing these and other arrhythmia to hear/sense their own heartbeat as if it were beating in their ear.
The Vegus nerve can be responsible for both.
Magnesium supplements can and often do, significantly reduce ectopic beats and take away hearing your heart beating in your ear.
I used to be able to take my pulse by listening to the beats in my ear.
I can only very occasionally do it now. If I exceed my one large glass of wine or double G & T.
