Hello has anyone that has a pacemaker occasionally heard a low rattle or sizzle sound from it that comes and goes, only lasts a few seconds. Can,t really feel it but I am quite sure it is coming from my pacemaker. This just started last night about 4:00 am.

I can't say that I have ever heard anything but I sometimes 'feel' a buzz in the dead of night. I would call the physiologist at the hospital and ask them to check it out.

that must have been scary , even small sounds seem to be louder at night. I would contact your Doctor for assurance if nothing else.
Looking on Google it seems buzzing and various sounds coming from pacemakers are not unusual .
I agree. I have a pacemaker and would go see about it asap, Might it be a problem with your battery? I don't know. You don't say how long you've had it. The pacemaker technician,as you probably know, can check it painlessly in a few minutes using their magnets to take readings which your doc can evaluate on the spot. Worth the trip for peace of mind.
