Good to see. Here at AF Association there is work going on to produce a new booklet on life style changes as treatment for AF but this will take time. I have mentioned before the growing feeling amongst medics that AF is a symptom of a greater problem not a condition in its own right.

Thanks Steve . Always interesting to hear Dr Mandrola speak, particularly the aspirin debate.

Hi Steve :-) I am a fan of Dr Mandrola and have read a lot of his articles. In many ways he thinks along the same lines as Dr Gupta.

It is always good to have confirmation that my change in lifestyle with a level of austerity is going to be worth the effort .
