Hi as people take different strengths and varying amount of times in a day, clarify either with your GP or pharmacist. We are all different. Good luck keep us posted

I take this for angina and must admit I take one at 8am and second dose 2pm. I know that it must not be in the body for sometime for it to have an effect. I read about it on google. So look it up. My prescription says just says take one twice a day. Same dosage as you. Hope this helps.

I only take one a day at 7pm as I was having angina at night

I get angina only when in AF so have to take it regularly. My doctor did say don’t take it after 4pm. But in your case Mazza it sounds the most sensible thing to do. We all have different needs. There is no one way.

Thank you for the reply. I am the same only when in Af. Pharmacy said take it after lunch but not too late in afternoon.

Hope the headache wears off though 😖
