I had gone out to take second opinion about my problem as I am now getting these scay. It is very said that though PAF is a very small subject yet all doctors have different opinions. There should be some guideline for this disease.

For me is more difficult to tackle as I know side effects of the drugs I am taking and also know what PAF can do to me.

I think the last resort remains 3D mapping and RFAblation .Donno how is it in my country.

It depends on what age you are as to what might be the best plan. I have vagal AF and had several episodes . On my 3rd visit to A and E I found my Potassium was below range so increased Potassium rich foods, started a Magnesium supplement , and have only had a short episode in nearly 3 and a half years.

Do yo have electrophysiologists who can advise you?

Look up the European guidelines for AF as very useful
