Thanks again Steve112 for posting this video, really appreciate it. I myself think it is tiredness and stress that brings on my AF and am trying to have less stress in my life. The one thing I am having trouble with and have done so for years is lack of sleep but don't want to ask the Dr for sleeping tablets. Kind regards, Heather
