Reporting abuse Vs Replying to posts

Dear all

We have recently received a number of emails from Health Unlocked in relation to reports of abuse. Often we find that the report is unnecessary, and in fact should be a reply to the post.

When we receive a report of abuse from Health Unlocked, we have to read through the reported post and decide whether this actually is abusive. We then have to contact the reporter to advise whether any action has been taken. This can take some time to do.

Please can we therefore ask that when you are replying to a post, that you ensure that you click the REPLY button rather than report.

Thank you

That's quite odd.... as the reply box is right below the post and you actually have to "find" the report bit by clicking the down arrow!

I know! However, the report of abuse we had yesterday, where you are asked to explain why you are reporting it, was actually an answer to a question posed.

This has happened of several occasions, so I wonder if it looks differently on a phone or tablet perhaps.

Very strange, but as this has happened quite a lot recently, and not all by the same person, I thought I should just pop a reminder on here :)

Best wishes, Rachel
