AF is it back?

Hi all had my second ablation around 9 weeks ago ....had a few episode every day lasting 10 mins at a time at around 120 bpm...so they lowered my carvedidol from 25mg twice daily over the last few weeks to 3.125 twice daily...and guess what.. AF events have gone up to lasting a few hours and with a heart rate of 150 bpm along with higher blood pressure....was the betablocker disguising the AF?...Im know I need to speak to my heart failure nurse...but its weekend

Do get in touch with the nurse but if you feel ill over the week-end go to A and E, at the place where the ablation was done if possible.

9 weeks is still in the blanking period so it may be too early to tell what the final outcome will be Take care and let us know how you get on
