lupus and a work out?

I have lupus and I want to gym however even walking burns my muscles...what type of work outs can I do that wont feel like its killing me

Hello Bob, Although you are right, to a certain extent, there are people with AF and Lupus. Sometimes the gym may be too strong. but it depends on the activity. Over the years I now prefer to walk, plus all of the other household jobs I do. I hope you are keeping as well as possible.
