I take 200mg daily but always discuss any supplements with your doctor.

Yes, I worked with energy medicine and managed to stop a few episodes before they got going but it isn't a cure for AF - but it will help you to keep calm and cope much better.

Which one were you thinking of?

I use EFT or tapping as a self help but have had various energy medicine techniques, I think kinesiology worked best for me but I also think it depends upon the therapist and the working relationship.
