Hi everyone, i work full time but find i have no energy at the weekends to go out and enjoy the weekend and my family. |I am getting so frustrated why am i working to live not living to work. My social life is zero everything is such an effort. My sleep pattern is so disrupted i am totally shattered. (This only seems to happen at the weekends) Totally drained. Does anyone else experience this and any suggestions please.

Is this an AF related question? This forum is for those with atrial fibrillation which often causes fatigue as does much of the drug treatment for it.
