I've been off of Eliquis for almost a week now and have been having all kinds of side-effects: peripheral neuropathy which came out of nowhere, low blood pressure, and just a general sense of heart not feeling well. Anyone else experience this or anything else?? Thanks

Hi Grace - I haven't heard of anyone complain of those symptoms with Eliquis.
I am assuming you have reported it to your doctor.
Do you take other meds?
Although we all react very differently to any med, I am struggling to understand how an anti-coagulant could cause that type of symptom. I know many of the anti-Arrythmia drugs could and do.
I have been taking Eliquis for about 12 months with nose noticeable side effects and the only observation I have seen people make is weight gain.

Since Eliquis is an anti-coagulant I fail to understand why it should cause such symptoms so suggest you speak to your GP as we are not medically trained here and it may indicate some other issue..
I agree with everybody else that you need to see a doctor, but I suspect his first question will be do the symptoms go away if you restart the drug. Have you tried this ?
I've been off eliquis for 6 weeks (against md's suggestion) and
feel no ill side effects. I'm an active 77 year old in good health and
have had no afib since an ablation in October 2014.
Only meds I take now are enalapril and atenolol daily -- both in their
lowest doses.
