Hi I am 81 and earlier this year was taken to hospital with hr of 180. Treated with drugs bisoprolol twice day and apixaban. Two weeks later breathless and giddy sent to hospital and drugs changed to flexicaine. All well for 6 months now her has dropped to 40 so changed back to bisoprolol 1.5 mg once day. HR still erratic about 70 some of day but down to 40's another time. Anyone else had thes problems?

If you mean Flecainide then this is a rhythm control drug whereas bisoprolol is a rate control drug so although it may do a little to slow things down it should not drop it that low. You should speak to your medical team as we are not medics here and should not advise but we do know that a rate this low is ill advised.
