Yesterday I actually drove a good distance with very little panic or palpatatons. First the family doctors, then to the pharmacy. I did a little shopping in the department store then helped my youngest son get a few things done he needed. I tried my best to tolerate the humidity in the afternoon but that was a no no. I lasted an hour and half before I climbs back into my car and turned the air conditioning on full blast at 34 Celsius. I didn't move for four hours. Then it was pick up my husband, home, and straight to bed for me. I didn't wake until my alarm rang at 6 this morning.
Today has been a little harder on me I have done my dishes and tidied up the things my cats scattered. Pulling laundry from the dryer has been the Hardee because I must bend down to do that. I swept up one of my floors and now I'm exhausted I will try to do more later after a bit of a nap.
