After one week of my cardio oblation I have a big hard spot at the growing area at the punctuation. Should I be worried about blood clot?

This is quite common. It may take some months to go completely but of course if you have any serious pain then speak to your doctor.

It took a couple of weeks at least, for mine to go completely, but if worried just ring the cardiology nurse. They are very helpful and reassuring.

Best wishes
