Getting concerned about frequency of AFIB.

What treatment are you on?
How frequent is it? Some people on here are permanently in AFib, while others have six attacks a day. I've only had one recorded attack (although I'm sure I have had others). Experiencing AFib is exhausting. The AFib itself won't kill you, they say, although the consequences might if you were doing something dangerous at the time, or if it results in a stroke eventually.
Frequency has been random. I've gone months without and I've had 2 per week. It may not kill me but just the fact that I may have another episode out of the blue is enough to effect my day to day living. The effect is probably good as I'm eating less, being conscious of what I eat rather than any old thing will do.
The increased risk of stroke is definitely nothing to sneeze at.
I'm pretty sure if I had this permanently I would find a permanent way out, if you catch my drift. I'm a former Marine and a Vietnam Veteran but I have never had an experience that puts me out more than these AFIB episodes.
