Had my pre assessment today. As it might be SVT or Atrial Flutter or Fib, I had to sign permission for two procedures, and go through the dangers of both, scary. Didn't know about problems that can effect the diaphragm.
Ablation on Tuesday: Had my pre... - Atrial Fibrillati...
Ablation on Tuesday
Best wishes we will be thinking of you.
All the best Paddinton......just remember to take it easy for at least 2 weeks and you will be fine.....let us know how you get on.......
Good luck. Hope all goes well.
Best wishes for a good result and 'quiet' recovery!
Have to stop some of my tablets today (flecanide (twice a day) and digoxin) and not take Bisopronol and Rivaroxoban (blood thinner) on the morning of the op. Only recently found a combination of tablets that actually controls it, so should be a fun weekend. Worth it in teh end though.
During my ablation last Monday they actually stimulated my diaphragm a few times to give me hiccups, although I didn't make any hiccip sound, it was just to make sure there was no problem. I didn't know about that either until the morning of my ablation. Good luck and hope all goes well on Tuesday!
