Walking for BHF

Hello, today (1st May) is the beginning of my 'Marathon in a Month' as I will be walking for 26.2 miles over the course of May to raise money and awareness for the British Heart Foundation. Walking is my thing and hopefully I will raise some money but what I also want to do is for people to be aware that I have AF and just because you can't see it it's something I live with. I'd love to hear if anyone else is doing this?

Have a great Bank Holiday everyone :)

Hi shirljo

Great stuff! Enjoy.

Awareness of AF is nearly non existent in South Africa (or so I feel), and I also hope to do something like that one day.

Hope all goes well.
